Free training service: We provide free training for buyer’s technical personnel in the aspect of electrical and mechanical assembly, crane operation and others, so that they can master electrical and mechanical assembly, crane operation and maintenance and other aspects of technology. All trainings are implemented in accordance with relevant national standard documents.
Free technical service: Our technical staff will conduct technical consultations with your technical staff and maintenance staff during the equipment manufacturing, assembly, installation, acceptance, warranty period and after the warranty period, and answer all technical questions within the scope of the contract, including product structure, performance, operation technology, maintenance methods, repair work, running status detection, fault diagnosis and troubleshooting, etc.
Installation service: We can provide you with a complete crane installation service if needed. Our engineers can be assigned to your factory to guide the installation and commissioning. Installation service is available for every crane we sell. Our company has a professional installation team and rich overseas installation experience. Once there is a demand, the best installation solution will be recommended in time. The installation service can be provided all over the world. After the installation is complete, we will conduct machine testing, adjust the equipment to the best condition and report the test data to you.
With 24/7 support service, we can response to the user within 2 hours, when the crane system failure occurs.
During the warranty period, Zhonggong shall take full responsibility for the repair and replacement of parts under normal use and service. The buyer shall bear the relevant expenses for the replacement of parts due to improper operation. If you need to replace the parts after the warranty period, we will give the best price.
We have abundant spare parts in stock for our overhead traveling cranes.
Within the warranty period, if the parts of your hoisting equipment are damaged under normal use, we will offer replacement parts for free. If they are damaged due to improper operation, we offer new parts at cost.
