    • Construction of Shaudar Hydropower Station Project in Uzbekistan
      Uzbekistan is an important belt and road initiative (BRI) partner of China in Central Asia. In Uzbekistan, Henan Zhonggong Group undertook the task of designing, producing and debugging cranes for the workshops of the Shaudar hydropower station project. After completed, the project generates 80,000,000 kWh of electricity annually, ensuring security of industrial and residential electricity supplies across the city.
      In order to ensure the smooth operation of cranes, Henan Zhonggong Group stationed senior technical engineers to give on-site guidance on the installation and debugging of cranes for eight months, which greatly improved the efficiency of lifting and maintaining equipment in the hydropower plant.
    • Datang Wanning Gas Power Generation Project
      This project substantially promotes the development of clean energy and the construction of green clean energy island in Hainan. After put into operation, the project is expected to generate about 2.6 billion kWh of electricity annually while consuming about 500 million cubic meters of natural gas each year. This project will create an annual industrial output value of about 1.7 billion yuan and contribute an annual tax revenue of around 150 million yuan.
      Henan Zhonggong Group designed and manufactured a 400t crane with a span of 55m and a lift height of 16m or 18m for this project, which is used to lift, install and repair auxiliary equipment. We considered and talked about every detail with project managers, such as the large span and difficulties in delivery and installation. After multiple experiments, we finished installation and debugging ahead of date.
      Henan Zhonggong Group cooperated efficiently with our customer, improved the operation efficiency of the unit using frequency conversion control system technology and improved crane quality, thereby improving the economic output of the project.
    • Construction (EPC) of Saidpur Thermal Power Plant Project in Bangladesh
      This project is located in Rangpur, northwestern Bangladesh, where the installed capacity of electricity is less than 5% of the total installed capacity of the country. After completion, this project combined with the development strategy of the government of Bangladesh will greatly alleviate the local electricity shortage, promote local economic development and improve people's living standards.
      Henan Zhonggong Group provides a 75t overhead crane with a span of 11.7m to lift equipment in the whole plant, perfectly satisfying the technical and transport requirements of this project.     • Construction of 6 Million Tons Steel Plant with 2x14m² Shaft Furnace in Indonesia
      This project is located in the Indonesia Morowali Industrial Park, Central Sulawesi, Indonesia, an area with a tropical monsoon climate featuring high temperature and heavy rain all year round. Indonesia is the place where concept of the 21st Century Maritime Silk Road was first proposed. This project promoted international industrial cooperation among BRI countries along the route. Henan Zhonggong Group provided 60 sets of lifting equipment and accessories for the project. In order to ensure the safe arrival of equipment after long-distance shipping, multiple handling, loading and unloading, we sent experienced mentors to provide on-site technical service and successfully completed the product delivery.
    • Zhengzhou Yutong Heavy Industries Co., Ltd. is a Chinese leading manufacturer of large military and civil construction machinery, environment friendly vehicles, special vehicles, etc. It boasts abundant technological innovation and new product development strength. Zhonggong offered a 5 tonnage semi goliath crane which saved a large amount of manpower and material resources for them.
    • Fumin Sugar is located in Tianlin county, Guangxi province, China, covering an area of about 236,000m2. It has been committed to sugar manufacturing for many years. Zhonggong offered a 2t single girder manual bridge crane to this customer and helped them improve productivity and benefits.
    • Shanghai Ocean Shipping Co., Ltd. is charge of the COSCO container shipping fleet whose total containers rank No.1 in China and No.7 in the world. It gives huge support to COSCO's shipping business.
      We offer the customer 27 WA5-18 manual trolley hoists and 26 electric single girder cranes which save a large number of labors in container loading, unloading, transporting and stacking, and improve working efficiency.
    • COMPLANT is built in November, 1959.     • Chambishi Copper Mine is the largest non-ferrous metal mine in south and central area of Africa. The mine was officially put into production in 2003, and its production capacity has been increasing by 20% a year. So far, it has produced nearly 200,000 tons copper.
      Zhonggong offered Chambishi Mine a bridge crane with hook which helped them save a great deal of manpower and material resources and greatly improve labor efficiency.
    • Chelyabinsk Metallurgical Plant is the second largest coking coal producer in Russia. About half of coals it produces are sold in the market and the left are used as raw material for steel making. Zhonggong provided them with electric double girder metallurgical overhead cranes which have been used in each process of steel making and brought great improvement on efficiency.
    • Beijing Municipal Construction Co., Ltd. has made great contribution to construction of beijing's highway, railway system, airport road and housing. Zhonggong offered 2 sets of 5t double girder gantry crane to them, enabling them to achieve high efficiency and safety construction.
